The final product

 My air conditioner stopped working on a very hot night around 9 p.m. I sent C&C an email and they responded right back. Cory was here the next morning and my air conditioner was up and running less than an hour later. Very quick, on time and professional. I will be going to this company when I need to replace my furnace and a/c units. He has done work for numerous friends and comes highly recommended. 

 Highly recommend, above and beyond service and experience. Called first thing in the morning and booked an afternoon house call. Cory called back later in the morning and actually moved the time forward. Did not charge an “emergency“ surcharge, just his regular hourly rate. Got my dead furnace up and running with no part swapping within an hour and included a check up and maintenance tune up. Will recommend him to all my friends. 

 Honest, well priced and very reliable. Just had a furnace and A/C installed a month ago and everything works great. Cory is very professional, shows up right at the time he tells you, answers any questions you have and gets the job done right. They are now my go to for anything HVAC related and I highly recommend going with them. 

 Best experience with a contractor that I have had in a long time. Came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly without charging a fee unlike with the previous company (Lloyds Electric) who let me down. 'Lloyds' were never able to solve my issues with the air conditioning but kept charging me regardless. Cory from C&C did what they couldn't.

It was a difficult job because my air handler had to be replaced and lifted 3 stories up to the top floor. It is rare these days to find old fashioned service from any of the current businesses out there but it looks like there a still few left. Thanks Cory..
